The Animal Control Officer(s) shall create and maintain a record
of all animals that have been impounded, seized or found, whether
dead or alive. The Village Office shall maintain these public records
for not less than one year. The records shall contain at least the
following information:
A. The manner and date of impoundment, seizure or of being found.
B. A complete description of the animal, including species, predominate
breed, sex, color, approximate age and weight.
C. The location of the animal.
D. The date and disposition of the animal.
E. The name, address and phone number of the person reclaiming or adopting
the animal.
F. All fees and/or fines received by the Village.
