A.
The Budget
Officer, or the appointed Financial Advisor for the City, shall keep
an inventory of fixed assets belonging to the City.
B.
For purposes
of this Section and for accounting and depreciation purposes, only
those fixed assets having a value of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00)
or more shall be tracked.
