A.
Creation. There is hereby created a commission to be known
as the "Tax Increment Financing Commission of the City of Edmundson,
Missouri" (the "Commission").
B.
Composition. The Commission shall consist of nine (9) members,
six (6) of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of
the majority of the Board of Aldermen, as provided in the Act.
C.
Membership. The terms of the members of the Commission shall
be four (4) years, except that two (2) members shall initially be
designated to serve for terms of two (2) years, two (2) members shall
initially be designated to serve for terms of three (3) years, and
two (2) members shall initially be designated to serve for terms of
four (4) years.
D.
Powers. The Board of Aldermen hereby authorizes and approves
the exercise by the Commission of all the powers delegable to the
Commission under the Act.
