The conduct of all persons using the swimming pool and its related
facilities shall conform to such rules and regulations as shall be
determined by the pool manager and approved by the Board of Aldermen
and posted upon the pool premises.

No person shall be on the City park grounds from after 12:00
A.M. until 6:00 A.M. without special permit granted hereunder.

The Park Board or its authorized agent may issue permits to
persons, organizations or corporations to conduct activities on the
City park grounds after curfew after receiving application from the
persons, organization or corporation stating the approximate number
of persons to attend the activity, type of activity, the expected
time to cease activity and the portion of City park to be used and
the extension of time past curfew is reasonable in that activity is
properly supervised, controlled and organized, the use is for a lawful
purpose and that undue noise shall not be created by the activity.
The Park Board shall notify the Chief of Police of permits granted
and are as to be used.

The City park ground shall be these areas owned by the City
of New Haven described as follows, to wit:
A parcel of land being part of the West half of the Northeast
quarter and part of the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section
2, Township 44 North, Range 3 West of the 5th P.M. to wit:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the south right-of-way
line of Missouri Highway 100 with the east line of the west half of
said northeast quarter and run thence along said highway line in a
westerly direction one thousand one hundred fifty-six (1,156) feet
to property corner; thence south two degrees (2°) thirty (30)
feet west one hundred thirty-eight (138) feet to property corner;
thence north eighty-seven degrees (87°) forty-five (45) feet east
six hundred sixty and five-tenths (660.50) feet east to a stake; thence
south two hundred fifty-two and three-tenths (252.3) feet to an iron
post; thence south zero degrees (0°) fifteen (15) feet west four
hundred nine and eight-tenths (409.8) feet to an iron rod being the
point of beginning; thence south zero degrees (0°) fifteen (15)
feet west one thousand two hundred four and eight-tenths (1,204.80)
feet to an iron post being the point of beginning; thence south eighty-nine
degrees (89°) twenty-one (21) feet west five hundred forty-three
and two-tenths (543.2) feet to an iron rod; thence north fifteen degrees
(15°) forty (40) feet west five hundred twenty-seven (527) feet
to an iron rod; thence north zero degrees (0°) fifteen (15) feet
east two hundred eighty-five (285) feet to an iron rod; thence north
eight-nine degrees (89°) twenty-one (21) feet east six hundred
eighty-eight (688) feet to the point of beginning.
That Tract 1 .09 acres, Tract 2 .08 acres, Tract 3 .35 acres
located on Main Street be added to the park system as per Exhibit
A, which is on file in the City offices, and be named Colter Riverfront
Park.
That lot 30, E. B. Hammack First Addition, Thurman Park 103B
Wall Street as per Exhibit B, which is on file in the City offices,
be added to the park system.

The streets of Park Lane shall remain open streets for through
driving during curfew, however, the other streets and drives within
the park shall be subject to curfew and closed for traffic during
curfew.
