A. 
It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M., provided however, that the provisions of this Section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his/her parent, guardian or other adult person having care, custody or control of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his/her parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the minor is engaged in school activities, intramural sports activities or church related activities.

Each violation of this provision of this Section shall constitute a separate offense.

It is unlawful for the parents, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years of age to knowingly permit such minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M., provided however, provisions of this Section do not apply when a minor is accompanied by his/her parents, guardian or other adult person having care and custody of the minor, or the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his/her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the child is engaged in school events, intramural sports activities or church related activities.

Each violation of this provision of this Section shall constitute a separate offense.
Any minor violating the provisions of Section 210.1970 shall be dealt with as an adult if over the age of seventeen (17) years of age and shall be dealt with in accordance with the Juvenile Court Law procedure if under the age of seventeen (17) years of age. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating Section 210.1980 hereof shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or confined to jail for not more than thirty (30) days or punished by both said fines or imprisonment for each offense. Any minor violating the provisions of Section 210.1970 hereof shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or confined in jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or punished by both said fine and imprisonment for each offense.
