Fire service line packages: four-inch, six-inch, eight-inch and ten-inch fire service line packages including meter with strainer, detector check and metered bypass available on request plus $33 handling charge.
For services that the Department of Public Works shall be required to perform which are not of a reoccurring nature and, therefore, not specifically enumerated by this article, the Director or his designee shall be authorized to bill the cost of said services to the customer on the basis of time and materials used. In order that the reimbursement billed shall reflect the true cost to the City, the employee time billed to the customer shall be billed at 1 1/2 times the employee's hourly rate so as to reflect administrative costs, supervision and fringe benefits.
