A. 
Unless otherwise provided in the part, penalties against persons violating the provisions of this Part 1 shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions of § 1-15.

B. 
The imposition of the penalty provided for in Subsection A of this section shall not constitute a bar to or be deemed in substitution of the exercise of any right or power or remedy of the City provided for in this Part 1 or in any other provision of this Code applicable to the subject matter in this Part 1.
