Section 140.100 Identity Theft Prevention Program (Red Flag Rule).

Pursuant to the Federal Trade Commission guidelines, the Identity Theft Prevention Program "Red Flag Rule" is hereby adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out herein. Said program requirements are on file in the City offices.
