The City approves the application submitted by the electorate
for the formation of the industrial development corporation and the
City further authorizes the applicants to proceed to form the industrial
development corporation for the purposes set out in the resolution
codified in this Chapter. The City approved the form of the articles
of incorporation filed with the application. (Resolution dated 5-7-79)
