In accordance with Section 325.010 and Chapter 330, and when properly sign-posted, traffic shall only move in the direction indicated upon the following streets:

McKissock Street — Fifth to Fourth (eastbound)

Mineral St. — Second Street to Main Street (eastbound)

Third Street — Boyd Street to Miller Street (northbound)

Alleyway on the southeast side of City hall that runs from Boyd Street to Easton Street (southbound)
