Traffic control stop signs shall be posted at the following intersections along the I-44 overpasses within the City limits of Sullivan for the purpose of regulating and controlling the flow of traffic at said intersections:
1.
North Service Road at the west overpass
2.
South Service Road at the west overpass
3.
North Service Road at the east overpass
4.
South Service Road at the east overpass
All persons driving their motor vehicles through said intersections shall cause their motor vehicle to come to a complete stop in accordance with said stop signs and any other traffic control devices hereafter established at said intersections.
