The following streets in the City of Sullivan are named as official
snow routes:

Church Street—from Grigsby Street to South Service Road
|

Clark Street—from Grigsby Street to Springfield
|
|
Dunsford Street—all
|
|
Elmont Road—from Main Street to South Service Road
|
|
Franklin Street—all
|
|
Main Street—from Church Street to western end
|
|
Springfield Road—from east City limits to west City limits
|
|
Vine Street—from Hannah Street to Highway 185 south
|
|
During snow fall no vehicles will be allowed to park on these
streets from the hours of 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Any vehicles parked
on these streets during these named hours will be towed away at the
owner's expense and the owners violating these provisions shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not
less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
