In accordance with Section 365.030 of this Code, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

On West Washington from Lindell to Jefferson Street (both sides) | No truck parking from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. over 1 ton |
On West State Street from Main Street to Jefferson Street | No truck parking over 1 ton |
