All owners of lots in City-owned cemeteries shall purchase perpetual
care. No new lots can be sold without perpetual care included. The
costs for perpetual care will be according to the schedule adopted
by the City Council which is on file in the City Clerk's office.

The City Treasurer shall submit an account of perpetual care
funds to the Board of Cemetery Trustees in a reasonable period after
the close of each municipal year and at other times when requested
by the Board. The Board of Cemetery Trustees shall make recommendations
to the City Council regarding the use of cemetery trust funds for
perpetual care purposes.

It shall be the duty of the City Treasurer to keep an account
of perpetual care funds under the designation of "Cemetery Fund."
Investment of said funds shall be as determined by the City Council
in accordance with applicable law.
