The Park Director is deemed to be the Chairman of the Fair Grove
District Park Board until a director is so designated by the District
Park Board.

A.
Park
hours shall generally be from daylight until dark except in those
areas where artificial lighting allows use during nighttime hours.
In areas lighted by artificial means, the park will close from 11:00
P.M. until 6:00 A.M. of the next day except for planned and scheduled
athletic events.
B.
No planned
or scheduled athletic event will continue past 1:00 A.M. nor start
before 7:00 A.M. except with prior permission of the Park Director.
C.
The parks
and buildings may be closed by the director during times of emergency
or other dire need as deemed necessary for the safety of park employees
and general public.

The District Park Board may set fees at its discretion and may
waive fees as deemed necessary for the public good. As a general rule,
park fees will be set at a level that will make individual activities
self supporting.
