No vehicle shall be parked on park property except in designated
parking areas.

A. It shall
be unlawful for any person while on park property or at functions
under the operation and control of the Park Board to:
1. Conduct
oneself in a loud, disturbing or harassing manner.
2. Interfere
with any patron peacefully using park property or attending park function.
3. Throw
any rocks, sticks, bottles or other similar items by hand or other
device.
4. Mark
upon, tear up, injure, deface, cut, dig or in any other way intentionally
injure or impair the usefulness of structures, grass, trees, shrubs
or plants, pavement, sidewalks or roadways.
5. To attach
wires, ropes, placards, notices or other contrivances to any structure,
tree, shrub or plant. No advertisements shall be placed on any park
property without prior written approval by the Park Director.
6. Remove
any property of the parks.
7. Erect
any type of structure, including tents and booths, without prior written
permission of the Park Director.
8. Throw,
discharge or otherwise place or cause or permit to be placed or discharged
into any fountain, pool, pond, stream or other body of water any substance,
matter or thing which might cause the water to be harmful to persons
or things or to give forth objectionable odors or to appear unsightly
or otherwise pollute the waters.
9. Carry,
possess or discharge any firearm, pellet gun or pistol, BB gun or
other similar device, bow and arrow, crossbow or any other device
capable of projecting a missile able to inflict harm to persons or
animals or to injure property. Law Enforcement Officers in the performance
of their duty are exempt from this probation. Employees of the Park
Board may use any such devices or giving exhibitions or holding competitions
in the use thereof.
10. All
athletic contests will be held in designated areas only.
11. Use
a loudspeaker or amplifier without prior permission of the Park Director.
12. Play
a musical instrument between the hours of 9:00 P.M. of one day and
9:00 A.M. of the next day without prior written permission of the
Director of Parks.
13. Conduct
any organized activity or event involving more than thirty (30) persons
without prior written consent of the Park Director.
14. Participate
in or enter upon the grounds of any activity where charges are made
for entrance without paying the established fee.
15. Camp
or picnic in any area not so designated.
16. Start
a fire in any portion or place in the park property not so designated.
17. Operate
a motorized vehicle or bicycle on park property except in designated
areas.
18. Allow
cattle or horses or other livestock to be on park property except
as allowed by written permission from the Park Director.
19. Pets,
including dogs, cats, birds, rodents, snakes, monkeys, primates or
other animal, must be under the immediate control of the owner or
designated person while on park property. Dogs and cats must be on
a leash. Animals are prohibited from all enclosed park buildings and
all athletic facilities except as approved by prior written permission
from the Park Director. None of these regulations will be construed
to prohibit any animal in use as a service animal to a handicapped
individual from its use in or around park property or functions.
20. Enter
on or in any portion of any grounds or buildings of a park where signs
are posted prohibiting entry.
21. Solicit
business, sell or offer to sell goods, merchandise or services, post
any commercial signs, advertisements or circulars without the written
permission of the Park Director.
22. Take
pictures, motion pictures or videos for commercial purposes when the
District Park Board has entered into a contract with another entity.
23. Interfere
with the duties and responsibilities of a park or City employee while
said employee is working in his capacity for the park or City.

Any person found in violation of rules of the park may be subject
to a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine and banned from park property
and events for a period of one (1) week for a first (1st) offense.
Second (2nd) and subsequent offenses will be subject to a fine of
not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and possible permanent
expulsion from park property and events.
