With the exception of the penalty clauses thereof, the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/1-100 et seq.), as it may be amended from time to time, shall be, and it is hereby, incorporated into the Bannockburn Traffic Code and adopted by reference, subject to the supplemental regulations set forth in Articles II through VII of this chapter and the schedules included as an attachment to this chapter.[1]
