Should any plans or inspections require the assistance of the
City's Engineer and/or Architect, the applicant shall be billed for
all amounts charged to the City by such Engineer and/or Architect
and a final occupancy permit shall not be issued until all such charges
have been paid and satisfied.

development, application are charged as deposits to cover the City's
actual costs for professional and other services associated therewith.
Any additional costs shall be charged to the applicant. The balance
of any unused portions thereof shall be refunded to the applicant.
Final occupancy permits shall not be issued where there is unsatisfied
balance due and owing to the City.
