A tax is hereby imposed annually to provide revenue for the
purpose of the establishment and maintenance of a long-term forestry
program for the propagation and preservation of community trees and
for the removal of dead or diseased trees in the Village, at the rate
of 0.05% of the full, fair cash value, as equalized or assessed by
the Department of Revenue, of all taxable property herein.
