The following described district is hereby designated as the "Keeney
Sanitary Sewer District":

2.
That portion of Russett Farms which will utilize the Forest Lakes
Sanitary System for transportation of sewerage is hereby incorporated
into the Keeney Sanitary Sewer District subject to all the rules,
regulations and fees on record. A copy of the Russett Farms area being
added to the Keeney Tract is attached hereto, made a part hereof and
marked Exhibit A.[2]

3.
A one-time fee of $179 for the Forrest Lakes Reimbursement will be
imposed over and above any other fees heretofore enacted by ordinance.
4.
The following parcels be included in the Keeney Sanitary Sewer District
