The City Water Department and Codes Enforcement Department shall
notify any registered landlord upon the following events: disconnection
of water service for five (5) or more days or nuisance complaint filed
against the landlord's property. Such information shall be given only
to landlords participating in the Safety First Inspection Program
or in accord with existing codes.
