It shall be unlawful for any person, or any person acting as
an agent or employee of such person, to engage in the business of
soliciting orders for a future delivery of goods, wares or merchandise
at retail from stock not carried in the City or to engage in the business
of offering services in regard to the cleaning of cesspools and septic
tanks or in regard to cleaning and repairing furnaces, or in regard
to furnishing any services or material in regard to pest control within
the corporate limits of the City without first obtaining the licenses
therefor.

Before any person shall be entitled to engage in any business set out in Section
605.120, such person shall pay to the City Clerk a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each year.
