A. 
The City of Hermann shall be divided into two (2) Wards, designated as the First Ward and Second Ward.
B. 
First Ward. All that part of said City lying north and east of a line commencing at the northwest corner of the City limits, thence south along the west City limit line to the centerline of West Fourth Street, thence east along the centerline of West Fourth Street to the centerline of Washington Street, thence south along the centerline of Washington Street to the centerline of West Fifth Street, thence east along the centerline of West Fifth Street to the centerline of Mozart Street, thence south along the centerline of Mozart Street until Sixth Street where Mozart Street diverges to follow the west bank of Frene Creek, thence south along the centerline being the continuance of Mozart Street along Frene Creek to a point where said street turns westerly to intersect with Gasconade Street, thence West along the centerline of said street to the intersection of Gasconade Street, thence south along the centerline of Gasconade Street to the centerline of Missouri State Highway 100, thence east along the centerline of Missouri State Highway 100 to the centerline of Missouri State Highway 19; thence south along the centerline of Missouri State Highway 19 to the south City limits.
C. 
Second Ward. All that part of the City lying west and north of the aforementioned line described in Subsection (B), above, shall constitute the Second Ward.

The provisions of the general election laws of the State relating to the conduct of elections for State and County officers and prescribing the form of poll books and their attestation, and certificates of the results, are hereby made applicable to all elections for City Officials; provided however, that the ballots cast at every city election shall be counted by the judges thereof at the close of the polls.
