The fees of the Town Clerk for the services, licenses, permits or other documents hereinafter set forth shall be the sum of money set opposite each:

A. Annual List of Residents Books: $15.
C. Business Certificates (DBA):
(1) Business Certificate Filing and Certified Copy: $30.
(2) Business Certificate Amendment, Withdrawal, or Discontinuance: $10.
(3) Business Certificate Additional Certified Copy: $5.
D. Business Licenses and Permits:
(1) Flammable Storage Annual Registration: $20.
(2) Medical Certificate of Registrations:
(a) Optometrist Certificate of Registration: $50.
(b) Physician or Osteopath Certificate of Registration: $50.
(c) Podiatrist Certificate of Registration: $50.
(3) Raffle Permit: $10 Per Year/not event.
(4) Solicitor's License:
(a) Application Filing Fee: $10.
(5) Licenses to Keepers of Intelligence Offices: $100.
(6) For receiving and filing of a complete inventory of all items to be included in a "closing out sale," etc.: $5 Per Page.
E. Notary Services for Non-Residents (Residents Free):
(1) Notary Oath of Office: $20.
(2) Notarization of Document: $2 per seal.
F. Photocopies: $0.05 per page.
G. Recordings/Filings:
(1) Declaration of Business Trust Filing or Amendment: $25.
(2) Assignment for Benefit of Creditors Filing: $10.
(3) Power of Attorney Recording: $10.
(4) Miscellaneous Recordings/Amendments: $10.
H. Vital Records:
(1) Birth:
(a) Birth Certificate Certified Copy: $10.
(b) Delayed Record of Birth recording: $10.
(c) Home Birth Registration: $25.
(2) Death:
(a) Death Certificate Certified Copy: $10.
(3) Marriage:
