There shall be three Election Districts in the First Ward of the City of Absecon City, and the same are hereby created and are bounded and described as follows:
A. 
First Ward, First District. Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Church Street and the center line of North Shore Road and extending; thence
(1) 
Northwestwardly, in and along the center line of Church Street to the center line of Pitney Road; thence
(2) 
Northwardly, in and along the center line of Pitney Road to the center line of Wyoming Avenue; thence
(3) 
Eastwardly, in and along the center line of Wyoming Avenue to the center line of Shore Road; thence
(4) 
Northeastwardly, in and along the center line of Shore Road to the boundary line between Absecon City and Galloway Township; thence
(5) 
Eastwardly, in and along said municipal boundary line to Absecon Bay; thence
(6) 
Southwardly, along Absecon Bay to Absecon Creek; thence
(7) 
Westwardly, along Absecon Creek to the intersection of Fourth Avenue and East Faunce Landing Road; thence westerly along the center line of East Faunce Landing Road to the intersection of East Faunce Landing Road and North Shore Road; thence southerly in the center line of North Shore Road to the point and place of beginning.
B. 
First Ward, Second District. Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Pitney Road and the center line of Wyoming Avenue and extending; thence

Northwardly, in and along the center line of Pitney Road to the center line of Mill Road; thence
(2) 
Westwardly, in and along the center line of Mill Road to the center line of New York Avenue; thence
(3) 
Northwardly, in and along the center line of New York Avenue to the center line of Woodcrest Avenue; thence

Eastwardly, in and along the center line of Woodcrest Avenue to the center line of Pitney Road; thence

Southwardly, along Absecon Bay to Jonathan's Thorofare; thence
(4) 
Southwestwardly, along Jonathan's Thorofare to the boundary line between Absecon City and the City of Pleasantville; thence
(5) 
Northwardly and westwardly, along the various courses of said boundary line between Absecon City and the City of Pleasantville to the place of beginning.
B. 
Second Ward, Second District. Beginning at the intersection of the center line of California Avenue and Conovers Creek and extending; thence

Northwestwardly and northeastwardly, along the boundary line between Absecon City and the City of Pleasantville, Absecon City and Egg Harbor Township, Absecon City and Galloway Township to the center line of New Jersey Avenue; thence
