The City shall be divided into two wards in the following manner:
A.
Beginning at a point in the center of Absecon Creek where it enters
Absecon Bay; thence along the center of Absecon Creek to the intersection
of Fourth Avenue and East Faunce Landing Road; thence along the center
line of East Faunce Landing Road to the center line of North Shore
Road; thence southerly along the center line of North Shore Road to
the center line of New Jersey Avenue; thence along the center line
of New Jersey Avenue to the center of Twelve Street to the center
line of Chelsea Road; thence along the center line of Chelsea Road
to the center of Highland Boulevard; thence along the center line
of Highland Boulevard to the center line of Highland Boulevard; thence
along the center line of Highland Boulevard to the center line of
Morton Avenue; thence along the center line of Morton Avenue to a
point at the center line of Crestview Avenue; thence along Tenth Avenue
to the Absecon-Galloway Township line; and all that portion of the
City located on the northeasterly side of said line shall constitute
the First Ward of said City.
B.
All the portion of the City located on the southwesterly and northwesterly
side shall constitute the Second Ward of the City.
