The use of all public areas including Riverside Park, Packard
Park, Central Park, Greenville Railroad Park and any and all other
parks, playgrounds, ball fields and recreation areas within the Borough
shall be subject to the following restrictions and it shall be unlawful
for any person to violate any provision of this section:
A. The sale, use, or possession of alcoholic beverages within the limits
of any park or recreation place shall be prohibited.
B. Vehicles of any kind shall be prohibited except on paved roads or
designated parking areas.
C. The disturbing, annoying, striking, injuring or killing of any wild
animal or bird shall be prohibited.
D. The erection, maintenance or distribution of any signs, advertisements,
circulars or other printed material by any person shall be prohibited
except as authorized by permit.
E. Depositing of trash, refuse, earth, building material or similar
material shall be prohibited.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or upon any part of
Central Park at any time between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following
day.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or upon any part of
Riverside Park or Packard Park at any time from sunset to sunrise,
or more than 1/2 hour after scheduled event.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or upon any part of
Greenville Railroad Park between the hours of sunset and sunrise.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days.
