A. On the following bridges and streets or parts of streets, by authority
granted by § 4902(a) of the Vehicle Code, it shall be unlawful
for any person or persons to drive, operate or tow any vehicle or
combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum prescribed
below for that bridge or street or part of street, as the case may
be:

B. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted
under §§ 4902(a) and 4902(g)(1) of the Vehicle Code
and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus
$150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds
over the maximum allowable weight, and the costs of prosecution.
C. Exemptions. School buses and emergency vehicles (as these terms are defined by the Vehicle Code) and vehicles making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along a street or part of a street referred to in Subsection
A are exempted from the restrictions imposed by Subsection
A of this section.

B. Any person who violates any provision of this §
233-24 shall be prosecuted under §§ 4902(a) and 4902(g)(1) of the Vehicle Code and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $75 and the costs of prosecution.
C. Exemptions. School buses and emergency vehicles (as these terms are defined by the Vehicle Code) and vehicles making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along a street or part of a street referred to in Subsection
A are exempted from the restrictions imposed by Subsection
A of this section.

(as these terms are defined by the Vehicle Code) on any of the following
streets or parts of a street; and by the authority granted by § 4902(a)
of the Vehicle Code, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive,
operate or tow a truck, tractor, truck tractor, trailer, tractor-trailer,
or any combination on any of the following streets or parts of a street:

B. Any person who violates any provision of this §
233-25 shall be prosecuted under §§ 4902(a) and 4902(g)(1) of the Vehicle Code and upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $75 and the costs of prosecution.
C. Exemptions.
(1) School buses which transport school students residing in the South Hills Subdivision Development in Derry Township to or from schools or school-related activities and school bus stops in the South Hills Subdivision Development are exempted from the prohibition of Subsection
A of this section, provided the sole route used by these school buses is Grand Parkway as it runs between South Main Street and the Borough/Derry Township boundary line.
(2) Buses which transport disabled or handicapped individuals, senior citizens, or veterans to or from appointments or activities and their residences, or which transport senior citizens to or from the Area Agency on Aging/Senior Citizens Center at Buena Vista Circle, are exempted from the prohibition of Subsection
A of this section.
(3) Emergency vehicles (as this term is defined by the Vehicle Code) are exempted from the prohibition of Subsection
A.
(4) Trucks or tractor-trailers making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along a street or part of a street referred to in Subsection
A of this section are exempted from the prohibition imposed by Subsection
A.
