The Borough Public Works facility on Backline Road may be used
by residents pursuant to rules established by the Recycling Coordinator
and subject to availability of space and personnel.
The following regulations shall apply for use and operation
of said center:
A. Said center shall be opened to the residents of the Borough of Folsom
for the disposal of bulky waste. Only bulky waste originating on the
premises of dwelling houses within the boundaries of the Borough of
Folsom shall be deposited and disposed of at said recycling center,
and no person shall deliver or deposit other refuse or trash or other
garbage whatsoever.

(2) Items not accepted. Construction, reconstruction and demolition materials,
shingles, paints, oil or hazardous waste of any kind, appliances that
contain CFCs/Freon, garbage or household trash and brush are not accepted
items.
B. Hours of operation. The operation of the center shall be established
by the Recycling Coordinator and is subject to Borough personnel requirements
and can change based upon weather conditions.
C. All acceptable materials at the recycling center must be deposited
at the location in the site as directed by the Borough employee in
charge of said center.
D. Nonresidents of the Borough of Folsom are hereby prohibited from
dumping or disposing of bulk refuse at said recycling center, and
no person shall deposit or otherwise dispose of trash, garbage or
refuse at any other site within the Borough of Folsom.
E. No person shall deliver or deposit bulky waste at any time except
during the hours established by the Recycling Coordinator and under
the supervision of a Borough employee.
F. No person shall engage in scavenging at said site or in salvaging
or attempting to salvage materials deposited at the recycling center
for disposal.
G. There shall be a limit on the amount of delivered bulky waste, not
to exceed one pickup truckload per day of operation, per household.
