Comprehensive Plan, adopted 11-8-2005 by Ord. No. 05-01.
Pursuant to § 60.22(3) and 62.23(2) and (3), Wis.
Stats., the Town of Herman has adopted a comprehensive plan as defined
in §§ 66.1001(1)(a) and 66.1001(2), Wis. Stats.
The Town Board of the Town of Herman has adopted written procedures
designed to foster public participation in every stage of the update
of a comprehensive plan as required by § 66.1001(4)(a),
Wis. Stats.
The Town of Herman Planning Committee, by a majority vote of
the entire committee recorded in its official minutes dated January
20, 2016, has adopted a resolution recommending to the Town Board
the adoption of the document entitled "Town of Herman Comprehensive
Plan" containing all of the elements specified in § 66.1001(2),
Wis. Stats.
The Town of Herman has provided numerous opportunities for public
involvement in accordance with the public participation strategy adopted
by the Town Board including numerous public meetings with respect
to the update of the "Town of Herman Comprehensive Plan" and a public
hearing on April 11, 2016, in compliance with the requirements of
§ 66.1001(4), Wis. Stats.
