City of Herculaneum, MO Chapter 530 Sidewalks

Section 530.010 Power of Council.

The City Council shall have power, by ordinance, to provide for the construction and repair of sidewalks and sidewalk curbing in this City in the manner and by the means as provided by Statute.

Section 530.020 Specifications.

All sidewalks hereafter constructed in the City shall be built of concrete and shall be not less than four (4) feet wide and four (4) inches thick. All sidewalks shall be built to grade in accordance with City profiles and plats.

Section 530.030 Supervision of Construction.

The construction of all sidewalks in the City shall be under the direction of the Street and Alley Committee, or its authorized agent or representative.
