A. Speed Limit. Unless otherwise designated herein, the speed limit
for all streets within the corporate limits of Herculaneum, Missouri,
shall be twenty (20) miles per hour unless said street is herein designated
as a thoroughfare. The speed limit for all thoroughfares, except as
herein designated, shall be thirty (30) miles per hour.
The following streets are deemed thoroughfares:

Riverview Street, McNutt School Road, Scenic Drive, Joachim
Avenue and Main Street.

B. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Schedule, the speed
limit on Highway 61-67 along its entire length in the municipal boundaries
shall be forty-five (45) miles per hour.
C. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Schedule, the speed
limit on all alleys not otherwise designated shall be ten (10) miles
per hour.
D. The speed limit in Westchester Oaks Subdivision shall be twenty (20)
miles per hour.
E. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Schedule, the speed
limit on Station Street from its intersection with South Main Street
to the southernmost survey line of Lot 12, Block 4, shall be fifteen
(15) miles per hour.
F. The speed limit on Golf Course Road shall be twenty (20) miles per
hour.
G. The speed limit in Providence Subdivision shall be twenty (20) miles
per hour.
H. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Schedule, the speed
limit on McNutt School Road from McNutt to the City limits shall be
thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
I. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Schedule, the speed
limit on San De Drive from McNutt to the dead end shall be thirty-five
(35) miles per hour.
J. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Schedule, the speed
limit on McNutt from Providence Way to San De Drive shall be thirty-five
(35) miles per hour.
K. Notwithstanding
the other provisions of this schedule, the speed limit on Riverview
Plaza Drive shall be thirty (30) miles per hour for non-commercial
vehicles and twenty (20) miles per hour for commercial vehicles.
