Pursuant to the authority of § 512 1-a of the New
York Real Property Tax Law, the Town Board of the Town of Somerset
does hereby change the date for the meetings of the Somerset Board
of Assessment Review from the fourth Tuesday in May to the first Wednesday
following the fourth Tuesday in May.
This article shall remain in effect until rescinded or superseded
by subsequent local law.
