This chapter is enacted pursuant to § 271 of the Town
Law, and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
An individual appointed by the Town Board of the Town of
Stockport to serve on the Planning Board when a regular member is
unable to participate on an application or matter before the Planning
Board.
An individual appointed by the Town Board of the Town of
Stockport to serve on the Planning Board.
The Planning Board of the Town of Stockport as established
by the Town Board by local law pursuant to the provisions of § 271
of the Town Law.
