(a) No person shall discriminate in making available full and equal access
to all goods, services, activities, privileges and accommodations
of any place of public accommodation.
(b) No person shall prohibit a breastfeeding mother from or segregate
a breastfeeding mother within any public accommodation where she and
the child would otherwise be authorized to be.
(c) This article shall not apply to a private club, or other establishment
not in fact open to the public, except to the extent that the goods,
services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations of
the private club or establishment are made available to the customers
or patrons of another establishment that is a place of public accommodation
or is licensed, chartered, or certified by the state or any of its
political subdivisions.
