A contract to which the Township is a party shall contain a covenant by the contractor and his/her subcontractors not to discriminate against an employee or applicant for employment with respect to hire, tenure, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, including a benefit plan or system or a matter directly or indirectly related to employment, because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, height, weight, condition of pregnancy, marital status, physical or mental limitation, disability, source of income, familial status, educational association, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or HIV status.
