A. 
Compensation of the City Attorney.

1. 
The annual amount is hereby set by the City Council.
2. 
The City Attorney will submit an invoice monthly, in addition with the status of all legal matters with the City.
B. 
Term of office. The City Attorney shall serve at the pleasure of the City Manager and Council. Upon recommendation by the City Manager and approval by the Council the City Attorney may be removed from office.
