All public dance halls and public places offering dancing shall
be licensed by the City Council upon the payment of the required fee
for each such dance hall or public place. The fee shall be set from
time to time and a schedule of such fees is on file in the City Clerk's
office.

The lighting effects at a dance regulated by the provisions
of this article shall be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief,
and the general lights in the dance hall shall neither be dimmed nor
extinguished during a dance.
Decorations in any place where there is public dancing shall
be fireproof.
There shall be in every public dance hall and in every public
place offering dancing separate toilet facilities for men and women.
