No person shall hang or air laundry within the front yard, as that term is defined in § 600-2 of the Code of the Borough of North Haledon, of any lot within the Borough of North Haledon.
Any person that violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.
