The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 513-55), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 513-56), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
Nighttime parking restrictions. No person shall park, place or leave any vehicle on the streets of the Borough between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
B. 
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 513-57) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
C. 
Vehicles shall be permitted to park in the public right-of-way within the existing driveway and apron on residential property between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

D. 
There shall be no parking of any such vehicle on the front lawn of any residential property nor shall any vehicle be permitted to encroach in any manner the abutting public thoroughfare.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§ 513-58) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVI of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
The purpose hereof is to provide a means of regulating the parking of tractor-trailers in the Borough, given the limited number of on-street parking spaces available within the Borough and the traffic congestion occasioned by the extended parking time of such vehicles.
B. 
The term "tractor-trailer," as used herein, shall mean that combination of "trailer" and "truck tractor" as defined in N.J.S.A. 39:1-1.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any tractor-trailer to park or stand on any street within the Borough of Wood-Ridge for a period of more than one hour unless said truck is making a pickup from or delivery to a business within the Borough of Wood-Ridge.
D. 
Any person who shall violate this section shall be subject to violation and penalty provisions set forth in § 1-3 of this Code and be liable to reimburse the Borough of Wood-Ridge for any towing and/or storage charges it may have incurred in connection with the violation.

The locations described in Schedule XVIII (§ 513-60), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 513-61), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
