A. 
Permitted Uses. The following are permitted and accessory uses in the "C-4" Central Business District:
1. 
Any use permitted in District "C-3".
2. 
Billiard or pool halls and bowling alleys.
3. 
Cabinet or carpenter shops.
4. 
Children's amusement parks.
5. 
Drive-in businesses.
6. 
Garages (public).
7. 
Skating rinks.
B. 
Height, Yard And Area Regulations For "C-4" District. In District "C-4", the height of the buildings, the minimum dimensions of lots and yards and the minimum lot area per family permitted on any lot shall be as follows; provided that buildings erected exclusively for dwelling purposes shall comply with the front, side, and rear yard requirements of District "R-4":
1. 
Height. Buildings or structures shall not exceed one hundred (100) feet in height except that portions may extend above that height if such portions are set back from all property lines at least one (1) for each additional one (1) foot in height.
2. 
Front yards. Same as for "C-3".
3. 
Side yards. Same as for "C-3".
4. 
Rear yards. Same as for "C-3".
5. 
Lot area per family. Same as for District "C-3".
