In order to protect the City water supply, the City shall not make any water taps outside the City limits until the plumbing of the premises involved has been inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector and the charge for such water shall be as follows: ten dollars ($10.00) per month above the meter reading. This pertains to all the customers outside the City limits.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to reconnect a utility service which has been disconnected by the City for non-payment of a bill due the City, or for any other reason for which the City may have disconnected said service.

A. 
The following rate shall be used by the Mosby Water Works for residents of the City of Mosby and for those users located outside the City limits of the City of Mosby, Missouri.
B. 
Any person requesting water service shall make a non-interest bearing deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) before obtaining water service. Deduction for water used will be made and balance of deposit refunded when water service is terminated.
C. 
Water rates shall be twenty-one dollars ($21.00) per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

The City shall mail out the water bill to every resident on or before the fifth (5th) day of each month. A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) late fee shall be imposed on payments not received by the fifth (5th) day of the following month in which the bill is received by the resident.
