There is hereby created the office of Deputy Clerk for the Village
of Homer Glen, to have the duties and to be appointed in the manner
provided for by law, and including but not limited to the provisions
of 65 ILCS 5/3.1-30-10. Without otherwise limiting the generality
of the foregoing, the Deputy Clerk shall specifically be authorized
to accept filings of election materials required to be filed by law
with the Village Clerk.
