The Board of Supervisors may adopt by resolution from time to
time a reasonable schedule of fees to cover the cost of plan reviews,
inspections and other activities necessary to administer the provisions
of this chapter. All fees shall be set in accordance with the applicable
provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code[1] and any dispute over the fee amount shall be resolved
in the manner prescribed by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning
Code.

All fees and expenses associated with the review, inspection,
oversight and administration of stormwater management plans shall
be paid by the developer. Filing and review fees shall defray ongoing
administration of this chapter.
The Board of Supervisors shall have authority to delegate responsibilities
for administration and implementation of this chapter, and to establish
by resolution fees and procedures.
The Engineer retained by the Township may allow reasonable modification
of regulations if an applicant demonstrates that the requirements
and objectives of this chapter can be met by alternative methods.
