Auctions may be conducted in residential districts or on residentially
utilized property in the City under the following conditions:
(1) Such auction activity may only be conducted on lots a minimum of
one (1) acre in size.
(2) An auction may be held on a particular residential property no more
frequently than once every twelve (12) months.
(3) No auction activity may create a public safety or traffic hazard.
