Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, the general election laws of the State, insofar as the same are applicable, shall apply to and govern all elections held within the City.

The City is hereby reapportioned into three (3) equal wards which shall be known as Ward One, Ward Two and Ward Three as more fully set forth on a map adopted by Ord. No. 2816, which is on file in the City offices and incorporated herein and as each Ward is more specifically described in the following Sections.
