City of Pacific, MO Article V Animal Control Officer

Section 205.270 Office Created.

There is hereby created the office of Animal Control Officer for the City of Pacific.

Section 205.280 Appointment.

The Animal Control Officer shall be hired by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen.

Section 205.290 Duties.

It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Officer to enforce all ordinances pertaining to animals and particularly those ordinances contained in this Chapter of the ordinances of the City of Pacific.
