ord. no. 1314 §2, 8-18-81; ord. no. 1322 §1, 11-3-81; and
ord. no. 1731 §1, 10-19-93. Ord. no. 2017 §2 has set forth
a new ch. 240 with the following provisions. Subsequently, ord. no.
2731 §1, adopted September 15, 2009, repealed ch. 240 "garbage
and trash" and enacted new provisions set out herein. Former ch. 240
