City of Pacific, MO Chapter 610 Pawnbrokers and Pawn Shop Regulations

Section 610.010 Licensing and Conduct.

The licensing and conduct of pawn shops in the City of Pacific shall be conducted pursuant to Sections 367.011 through 367.060, RSMo. Said Sections are incorporated by reference as though fully restated herein.

Section 610.020 Location.

No pawnbroker's license shall be issued in any location in which such business is not permitted by the zoning ordinances of the City.

Section 610.030 Compliance With State Law.

Every pawnbroker shall fully comply with all of the requirements and provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri.

Section 610.040 Penalty.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this Chapter, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be punished as provided in Section 100.170 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
