City of Pacific, MO Chapter 650 Yard Sales

Section 650.010 Definition.

For the purposes of this Chapter, the term "yard sale" shall mean any type of private sale of personal goods held at a residence.

Section 650.020 Sunday Sales Prohibited.

It shall not be lawful for any person to hold a yard sale on Sunday.

Section 650.030 Duration of Sale.

Any yard sale conducted pursuant to this Chapter shall last for no longer than forty-eight (48) hours.

Section 650.040 Maximum Number per Year.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct more than two (2) yard sales per person per year.
